. i think Virat Kohli is pretty underrated in the game n same is the case with Mohd. Shami. Also Cheteshwar Pujara is not a regular opener in test matches . Ambati Rayudu is terrible as a batsman. Shikhar dhawan is overrated Ishant , rohit umesh r inconsistent as real. Amit Mishra under rated. Ashwin is a match winner. Lokesh Rahul, Murali Vijay and Bhuvneshwar and Rahane are good.

I agree but just marginally have other observations;
Virat is definitely a 50+ average batsman in all formats and I would dare say he remains the same till 38 years of age!
Shami is too injury prone and I doubt whether he will get an extended run consistently, so yes, his rating in the game is OK
Pujara is a superstar, I see him around 55+ average in Tests, but he will never play any formats for the country. He might even play with Rahul as opener in 2-3 years, so OK
Rayadu is an average player and I guess will never live up to his rating in the game to real life, so should be lowered
Dhawan is the best ODI opening bat India currently has, so his rating is justified, in Tests although, he's at best a sub 40 average batsman
Ishant is OK as are Rohit & Umesh, Mishra is correctly rated, great leggie with absolutely no brains!
Ashwin is rated fine, so is Jadeja
Rahul, Vijay, Bhuvi & Rahane are rated perfectly
