Good to hear, although I've not come across any older than 38 years old yet.

It wasn't for all players from these countries, we got a save from a user with the issue which made it much easier for us to fix

Non-database changes apply to all existing game saves (unless stated in the patch note, although that would be exceptionally rare).

In the case of:

- Fixed issue with SA, NZ and Indian players not retiring.

These players (some of whom were way too old to be playing cricket!) will retire in the next season change for that save, rather than being retired instantly.

Hi Sureshot. I have a small query regarding the non-database alterations. Are they applied to saves carried forward, or do they require a restart to take affect?

Cricket Captain Update (16.09) has been released on Steam:

16.09 fix-list:
- Fixed crash exiting Internet Lobby but remain logged in.
- Fixed hang on Internet toss screen if player challenged in single player while remained logged in.
- Fixed issue with SA, NZ and Indian players not retiring.
- Fixed issue with some saves incorrectly ineligible for online play.
- Improved generation of NZ, SA and Indian players.


We did also update the database. Not many changes, fixed Lockie Ferguson's skin colour, improved Haseeb Hameed, Matthew Parkinson and Saqib Mahmood. With Hameed getting the bigger of those improvements, with his excellent county season.

Also added Rob Jones to Lancashire.
