The game is really running good on my lappy as I have upgraded my os to windows 10. The little problem is only that I am not getting the shadows even after enabling the shadows option. The game is working well in dx9 mode but the graphics are blurry.Is this the issue of my graphics card??

Sounds like you're not running the best drivers for your machine. Some older chipsets do have problems with Windows 10 drivers.
Can you do this for me:
Press Windows key and R at the same time on your keyboard
Type "dxdiag" (without the quotes) in the box and press enter
When the diagnosis has finished, go to the display tab and tell me:
Your Device name
Chip Type
Driver version
Driver Date
