AI Enforcing The Follow On

Wondering has anyone encountered a situation where the AI could have enforced the follow on, but didn't?

Seems to happen all the time, even in situations where (in modern times) teams would just bat again and pile on the runs before declaring to step up a steep chase. Feel like this needs to be rectified...

I've never seen them not enforcing it no.

Saw a ridiculous stat about Michael Clarke and the fact he hardly ever asks the oppo to bat again when in the same situation.
