How to beat England?

Playing as Pakistan as they are my favourite team not to underestimate. Beating New Zealand, South Africa, Australia, Sri Lanka etc is pretty easy. How do you beat Eng though? They destroy me with ball and bat in tests. In my saved game Anderson and Broad are 1 & 2 in the world meaning I can barely post 300 and Ballance and Cook are 2nd and 3rd meaning I can never bowl them out for less than 350. Maybe we need a tips thread?

Some tips on where to bowl to England batters and how aggressive you go against the bowling in tests would be really good. Do you ever bowl the same side as a batsman's preferences and adjust the field massively to that side??
