Game wont even load

Just bought this and game will not even load. I have tried to the tip on forum -

Try disabling the Steam overlay:

- Right click on the game in the library.
- click properties
- un-tick 'enable the steam overlay while in-game'

still nothing I even tried re installing it and taking firewall off and still will not even load all I get is CricketCaptain.exe has stopped working.

Please help very frustrating and makes me want to have refund already I have bought all this ICC games but this is unreal .

Game failing to launch is likely to be related to your anti-virus software, what anti-virus software do you use?

Did you run 2014 on this machine?

Strange, working for others. Have you tried sending a message through a different browser?
