The key changes to ODI playing conditions

# No compulsory catchers in overs 1-10 (ODIs)
# No batting Powerplay between overs 15-40 (ODIs)
# 5 fielders allowed outside the 30-yard circle in overs 41-50 (ODIs)
# All "no balls", not just "foot faults", to result in a free hit (ODIs & T20Is)

For T20

5th July is the day from when New rules will Apply .I don't now how one days will change but it will definitely effect the game-play , which not match up with 2014 version.

It doesn't need to match up to the 2014 version, that was correct at time of release.
