Internet status is 'not eligble' on Internet Game

Hi all,

When I open up my Internet Game option on CC2014, my teams are all greyed out, presumably due to the fact that my internet status is 'not eligible'. However, I believe that my internet connection is in fine working order. If someone could tell me what I am doing wrong or whether I need to tweak a few settings for the game or something, that would be greatly appreciated. I am keen to try out the new internet match engine because I think that the game is excellent.

I think the game mode has to be normal for it to work...

As above, only game saves from Normal difficulty are eligible for online use.
