Offline Editor for CC'14?

Just came to my mind and wanted to ask and discuss if we can have an offline game editor on both Mac and PC platforms... In that we should be able to edit almost everything from names to preferences to attributes etc of players... And we will be able to adjust squads and its strengths according to the ongoing international or domestic scenes... It will also ease work for the developers in a sense... Wouldn't it be interesting and sensible?

People ask for this every year but because of the online component it doesn't happen. As someone who has NEVER played online I wish there was some way of implementing it and locking out saves that have edited rosters from online play.

There was an unofficial editor last year.
