Why can't we choose our main overseas player in 2014

In 2013 version , we could choose our main overseas player for Durham, Yorkshire and Kent County teams, but we can't choose in 2014 for any team. if we have to chooose, we have to skip the whole first season.. Why such change. No liking it.

When the game came out last year were there injuries or any reason why having no "main" overseas for these 3 counties
was actually correct?
... I have a feeling there might be a straight forward explanation .. I just can't confirm it

Those teams didn't have a main overseas player in real life, this season they have.

The first season of Cricket Captain has always reflected the respective overseas players in real life.
