Training question

Just a quick question on training. If you coach a defensive player on Aggressive shots, will his player profile eventually just say he is neutral or even aggressive? I can't say I've really noticed much difference after coaching players for a good season or two!

sometimes, I have seen a defensive batsmen becoming neutral when I trained him for say 2 mnths but it was early in his career at age 20. Defensive--->Agressive (never experienced it happening)
