how come you are only allowed to offer 3 contracts per round, yet other controlled teams sign stacks of players each round. what is the point in this rule?

There are times when I've been able to offer 5 or 6 contracts - check the tab mid round and sometimes offers are not allocated a number (1-3)

cheers, noticed that on previous versions, havent had the luck yet on 2014 - although only in season 2

Not sure what causes it - I know that if a player rejects your first bid then you bid again this isn't counted as one of the three.
