During my experience of playing ICC ,I can say with sure that a real change in ICC started in 2006.Graphics starting improving in 2006 and in 2008 changed to an admirable rate.Players data base was much accurate in 2006 than any other version before .And we talk about change ,it started in 2006 and is on its way .A lot 2 be changed to develope interests and I am sure ICC 2009 will be a surprize package for all of the fans
