  • Price of T20 Specialists & the leftover budget-money

Do other gamers think that buying T20 specialists while playing English domestic season is worth the investment? I mean even middle-level players cost about 20-30k while the top players cost closer to 40k or more. I bought Rutherford for 62k recently, primarily because I had leftover money that we can't carry over to the next season (I'll get to this in a minute). Now, considering the fact that qualifying for QFs is only going to get us 20k, is buying T20 specialists really worth the investment? I talk about QFs because once we get to the knockout stage, luck becomes a bigger factor than having an additional quality player or two in your side. For this reason, I think either the prices of players for T20 Only need to be much lower or the prize-money offered QFs onwards needs to be significantly higher to make it a worthy investment to buy T20 specialists.

As I've said, I bought Rutherford because I had money leftover after buying the players that I needed & even maxed out the coaching, physio & youth budgets & we can't carry over one year's leftover money to the next. But why? I mean there could be tons of different features that might involve a lot of time & complexity but I don't think allowing us to carry over our leftover budget to the next year should be that hard a feature to implement & yet, it hasn't been done yet. It just makes no sense that we have to just waste it on getting players we mayn't really need when we know that we have youngsters that we bought for 20-30k, who will be asking for 50-60k in the future. So, we should be able to save up for that eventuality rather than having to let our youngsters go because we can't afford them
