    i had international cricket captain 2012 installed on my old laptop, i recently installed it on my computer and i have received the message "Unable to get or install a license. Retrieval of license failed with error code: 12004. request date invalid. Check your system clock. Processing terminated.

    This error indicates that your system clock is out of sync.

    Click on the clock on your PC, select Change date and time settings. In the Date and Time popup, select Internet Time, then Change Settings.

    On this page, 'Synchronise with an Internet time server' should be ticked. The address in the server should be

    Select Update now, click OK and then try to install your license.
