I always have the dilemma on whether to pick players on form or ability. Of course I'm not saying whether I should pick someone purely on form, rather a decent bowler/ batsmen in extremely good form as opposed to a good quality bowler/batsmen in poor form.
For example, I am currently playing with India in career mode and I effectively rotate 10 of my players around based on form and it actually works well. Some really good players I may continue selecting for a certain period despite lack of form, but very rarely.
In contrast to this, my South Africa career mode which I used in a thread a while ago, I generally didn't change players even if they weren't in form (because I just love all the South African players!) and still was quite successful.
Maybe I was successful on both occasions because both the teams were really good but what you guys think or tend to do?
