The game is bought and paid for, I have a paid for licence. But now when I start the game I just get the following message ' Sorry, could not obtain a license at this time. Please try runing this program later. 23 0'

What's that all about?

This is still happening. I don't get to a menu, nothing, just double click the ICC2012 icon, wait 15 seconds and the message above appears.

Any ideas?
