Sorry if this has alreay been answered, but is it possible to train someone to become an all rounder? For example turning a batsmen who bowls very part-time spin into a genuine allrounder? Same for a bowler who bats alittle.

Anyone know whether this is possible, before i waste my coaching

Pretty sure you can't no

I don't think the it's possible for the icon to change from batsman/bowler to All-Rounder .. or the other way around (a player losing their AR status as they haven';t scored enough runs or taken enough wickets)

Loads of non-ARs who in actual fact are though ...

"bowlers" who can bat to a highish standard
Mitchell Johnson, Swann, Philander etc

"batsmen" who are a useful as Bowlers
Cameron White, Marcus North,
