How much easier is easy mode?

Can anybody who has played both please give details as to how much easier it is and in what ways?

Chris - if you read this, your thoughts would be good to hear on the differences too.

Okay - gave easy mode a go and read the results of somebody writing a story using it.
Too easy.

Perhaps there should be a mode between what are currently the easy and normal modes.
I propose now that easy stays as easy, a new normal mode is created, and the current normal mode becomes hard mode.

Um I play on easy mode, and normal but more on easy mode

If you say easy It looks big Gap between Normal mode and easy mode
If you say it medium it looks close to Normal

keep some Players specific for test and some specific for one day
so they could have regular domestic exp also and can be in form
sendOut Form player to Domestic to get form
Choose In form players only
Some time I give rest to whole seniors and give opportunity to youngster to easy find
