How about :

Get somethin like dropped catches in the statistics

Better names for Indians. Aftr a few years there are only initials but no full namz for players

Include World Twenty20 , Champions Trophy , Referal System

Maybe Referal System would be gud

And Batting team choosing a powerplay

And Fielding coaching for bad fielders

Apologies if some or all of these suggestions have already been posted:

1) International A Teams - You can have full control or merely pick the squads. Also you could have a coach who assists you and can take control of these teams (like in Football Manager)

2) Search Facility - Introduce one for the International selection whereby you can filter by bowling style, first class average, one day average, etc.

3) Calender - More One Day and 20/20 tournaments. More flexibility with test series. Also longer tours = more practice games.

4) Pitch Doctor - Bring back to option to prepare your pitches. Also pitches must be a bit more realistic - not all of them detioriate.

5) Day/Night games.

6) More adverse weather conditions and Duckworth/Lewis - even though as a Lancashire fan this could kill me.

7) County pre-season tours.

I think I'd just be happy with the latest stats/players and the addition of another domestic circuit - preferably the Australian one.

changing counties and sacking is a great idea.
It would be good if at the end of you're contract you get offers from other counties as well as you're current county depending on how well you do.

Firstly 2008 is a great game but improvements ...

1) i agree about the bowling speed and 20 20 world cup- would be good idea
2) on career mode - it would be good if you could have stats showing all the counties you have acheive international captaincy with as it is a lot easier to get it with succesful teams and i like to acheive it with them al and always forget which i have acheived it with and a leaderboard
3)Also maybe a option at changing counties at the end of the season if you do well and likewise sacked if you do poorly
4) have form broken down into different forms of the game and have specialist one day players
5) Also have the option of highlights of good things that your players do - eg I sometimes prefer just to see all of the runs we get but not wickets we lose and on the current addition i cant do this.
6) injured players - in real life you can have runners if your slightly injured but still bat etc but on the game a injury means you cant bat or bowl again in the game
7)A automatic feature if the season is more or less over - you still have to skip each game especially in the first season where you cant choose your players

Actually every player has their exact height input into the game. Some of the changes may look subtler than others, but they are indeed all different.

There are different heights - and they can be seen very clearly in the field. Based purely on empirical evidence - i.e. what I see with my eyes - I think there are three heights: short, medium and tall. I don't know much about the degree to which height affects gameplay - if at all - but I'd say in general that it's not correct to say that taller players can necessarily play bouncers better than shorter players. Think about it: if a player is shorter, then a bouncer must be fuller - a bouncer to a taller player would probably be called a no-ball or a wide if it were bowled at a shorter player.

Please include a data export option. For example, the ability to export a season's stats into a text/excel file. This way users can process the data and calculate more advanced stats and records.

Good catches

There is a chance of a catch if only the batsman egdes the ball,but you add also that a chance should be there that batsman hits the ball from the middle of the bat but towards the fielder he should take a catch.
