Form or History?

I am into my 3rd season on international mode with NZ. It is on normal skill level. I am struggling to find good bowlers. Shane Bond is just one example of players who have a good bowling average but are struggling to take wickets. Should i keep faith in someone like shane bond or try someone with a bit of first class form

I normally go with form, as sometimes the game just pure doesn't like people like Bond.

Check both form and history but if your season has got for about 5 to 10 matches the choose according to form.
