2 glaring mistakes right away is J. Brown (QLD/Bris) being V. Def, and S. Johnson (SA/Adel) being LFM.
A quick look at a bbl game last year will tell you Brown is a boundary or nothing bloke, and can whack it a long way when it connects. Johnson is well regarded as one of the best young quicks who can regularly hit 140+Sargey, Captain of the Omnipresent Council, Commander of the Omniscient, and Grand Lord of Overbearing Titles.

Not really sure Campbell Kellaway is considered as an opener or opening prospect by Victoria No longer opener
Jon Holland should remain in the game as I understand he will continue to push for selection (and is still the 2nd best spinner in Victoria) He is still in the game
Doug Warren (when added) should have stronger white ball bowling attributes, not quite as skilled in red ball yet. Also v.def for batting. V Def.
Fraser McGurk's stats should be nerfed, hasn't made a run at premier level ever, or state level for a whileLast edited by Sureshot; 06-13-2023, 08:50 AM.

Blake McDonald isn't an opener he just debuted batting there
Will Salzmann could be an allrounder; whilst Henriques and J. Sangha could be batsmen with high bowling ability; Henriques RM instead of RFM
Matt Gilkes should be Average or Aggressive
Kerr & Bird should be LFM/RFM
McDermott and Renshaw should be more aggressive in FC
Spencer Johnson is LF
last year Aidan Cahill was a batsman who bowled OS, he is an allrounder bowling RFM Changed
Fraser-McGurk should be aggressive in FC
Will Sutherland should be an allrounder Consistently batting 7, FC ton last year, clearly improving. Changed.
James Seymour isn't an allrounder Changed
Sam Whiteman should be a part-time keeper
Cooper Connolly bowls SLALast edited by Sureshot; 06-13-2023, 09:21 AM.

NSW: Jason Sangha definitely a bat only, Gilkes and Patterson middle order batters in all formats. Blake McDonald normally middle order too from all his Sydney Grade games.
Sangha bat only now, looks to be part-time. Gilkes has still been opening in 20 over. Patterson still opening in 20 over, removed OD opener status. McDonald is middle order.
QLD: Josh Brown most definitely not a v.def bat, would say agg in longer formats and v.agg in shorter ones. Clayton should be getting picked in front of Bryant tok.
Brown's now V Agg in white ball.
SA: mention before but Kelvin Smith is way overdone. More a 20k player then 55k salary, Changed Drew and McSweeney both good players but also overdone too as too Ben Manenti (possibly a bowling all rounder now). CHanged Manenti to all-rounder, consistently scoring 50s this last season.
Spencer Johnson most definitely a LF and along with Buckingham need decent upgrades. Johnson now LF.
VIC: Kellaway, Harper, Maddinson all middle order bats not opening, Chandrasignhe opens Changed
Will Sutherland is a classy all rounder often batting six and scored quite a few runs last year Changed
WA: Whiteman no longer keeps due to injury, Inglis bats in the middle order in short form this year, has made that his role. Believe Behrendorff and Tye no longer play FC and also believe Nic Hobson has earned a state contract as a middle order bat.
Removed Whiteman keeper status. Not sure on Inglis, still opening a bit, including a List A hundred this winter. Tye was already FC retired, done same with Behrendorff as not played since 17/18 season. Can't see Hobson on the state contract list.Last edited by Sureshot; 06-13-2023, 10:26 AM.

I think all players on 1 year contracts in Australian (& any other country in the game that isn't England really) should be put on to 2 years automatically as I've noticed that when September comes & the English season ends, those same players tend to get released without any games under their belts. So I believe those on 2 year deals like Siddle should be placed onto 3 year deals and those on 1 year deals should be placed on 2 year deals to avoid any unrealistic releases in the game.
