Just a bit of humour on that line as captaining England tends to be stressful.

so I've read the manual (I know it's old but it might cover some basics though, I guess).

There's "(...) presents a tough challenge to most captains - especially if you’re captaining England! (...)" - so what is meant by this? If you play as England in international games or England in general, even if you pick and english (county-) team? And why?
