Having tried to work out a Test draw just based on 7 teams over 5 years. I'm full of sympathy for the ICC tour committee. Here is the full schedule I came up with.
1970 - England v SA 3-2
1970-71 - A v E SA v WI NZ v I, P v SA NZ v E WI v I
1971 - E v I
1971-72 - A v SA NZ v WI I v P, WI v E P v A SA v NZ
1972 - E v A
1972-73 - SA v E A v P I v WI , WI v A P v E SA v I
1973 - E v WI
1973-74 - NZ v SA A v I P v WI WI v NZ I v SA
1974 - E v NZ E v P (3 Test each)
1974-75 - I v E SA v P A v NZ, WI v SA P v I
I couldn't find a space for - A v WI NZ v P P v NZ (damn) SA v A I v NZ I v A
Because not everyone gets home & away v everyone I came up with 3pts win, 1pt draw divide total by games played. So far E 9/5 1.8 SA 6/5 1.2
