I Purchased this game in 2020 on Android Platform and after sometime I Uninstalled it and now when I downloaded it again After the free demo it is saying to buy it but it says you already own this item and I am not able to play full version and I tried installing again and again Please help me

This issue is resolved with the latest 2019 Android version which released this morning.
