Can't get CC to work on Hudl

Been playing CC 2014 for years on my old tablet. It often needed two goes to load, crashing out first time, but eventually it stopped altogether. I have tried downloading CC 2019 and 2018 but neither will load - both immediately crash out with an "unfortunately ... Has stopped" error. I've tried clearing the cache and data and a factory reset but nothing works. Anyone have any clues?
