    Few More:

Ross Whiteley at Worcestershire should be Very Agg.

    Observations after completing a season:

Durham: Cameron Steel underrated batsman. Paul Coughlin underrated bowler.

Derby: H Qadri (16 year old) underrated.

    Northants: Richard Gleeson underrated.

Somerset: Adam Hose and Dom Bess are way underrated.

Worcestershire: Charles Morris is way too good and Josh Tongue underrated.

Yorkshire: Ben Coad needs a big big improvement. Jack Leaning is too good.

    Internationals:

Sunil Narine to be a better batsman (even one day opener, he opened in IPL for Kolkata)
    Andrew Tye way underrated.
Travis Head to be a better bowler.
    McClengahan underrated.
Pretorious is way too good a bowler for South Africa.
    Imran Tahir underrated.
    Shakib Al Hasan bowling underrated.

Agreed with the comment that Kohli is very average and often gets dropped by India very quickly despite many pros recently saying he is the best batsman in the World. I've not played a whole lot yet but Ben Coad for Yorkshire felt very underwhelming despite leading the averages so far this season IRL, though he could just be out of form in my game with it being so early in.

Compared to Root, Williamson and Smith, Kohli feels like a few levels below and his salary often reflects that too when looking at him for an overseas. De Villiers also struggles massively in the previous game, though he does seem to have declined slightly this year which would be more accurate where he has felt similar to Kohli if not worse.

Edit: Also Eoin Morgan is incredibly underated in ODI cricket. I can barely remember him surviving a calendar season when the AI is left to pick the side, and his averages struggle to eclipse 30. He doesn't seem to be any different so far in this game

Good spot. I missed that article on Kervezee! Wonder if he'll go back to internationals?

Sykes took a few wickets not long ago, surprised to see him go.

Note that I'm using second team averages as indications of player's inherent skill, which has served to be very accurate in each version of the game.

Kiran Carlson of Glamorgan deserves a pretty decent increase in skill. Should be averaging at least 30+ in second team 3 day cricket as opposed to the current average of 15! He has already played for Glamorgan and averages mid twenties in FC and OD cricket (not picked recently though).

Azeem Rafiq of Yorkshire is very underrated as a bowler. Has been playing for Yorkshire for a fair few games in all formats this year.

Cameron Steel of Durham is very underrated as a batsman. He has been playing for Durham regularly in FC cricket and is averaging 35ish. Also played some ODs.

Tymal Mills of Sussex is underrated as a t20 bowler. Considering he plays in t20 leagues all around the world, his bowling average in second t20s is surely better than 30.

Paul Stirling of Middlesex is underrated as a batsman. He is a regular for both Ireland and Middlesex, and has been doing well for both these teams.

            Some more on Bangladesh:

Mushfiqur Rahim again needs slight increasing in batting ability. The most consistent scorer for Bangladesh in all formats

Farhad Reza will likely never be picked for Bangladesh irl, so shouldn't be playing for Bangladesh at all in game.

Shakib Al Hasan seems to be a bit underrated. Considering he is considered the best all-rounder in the world, his performances are not great at all in game.

Jubair Hossain is lower down the pecking order after Mehedi Hasan (the all-rounder off-spinner) burst onto the scene. When it comes to selection between these two, Mehedi should definitely be picked ahead of Jubair. In game, it seems Jubair gets picked ahead of Mehedi in test matches. So Mehedi Hasan needs an increase in FC/Test bowling skill, and potentially Jubair needs a slight decrease in FC/Test bowling skill.

Imrul Kayes perhaps a bit underrated as well. Liton Das is getting picked ahead of him in Tests in game, but in reality Imrul has been a regular in the test team.

Mashrafe Mortaza averages low thirties and recently even into the 20s irl in international cricket. Needs improvement in bowling skill.

Taskin Ahmed is probably the most underrated player amongst the irl Bangladesh team. Averaging above 30 in each format of 2nd XI cricket in game and not being picked in game at all. Irl he is the most talented Bangladeshi bowler. Should be getting picked ahead of Shafiul Islam probably, though Shafiul should still be close to selection if a bowler is performing poorly or is in bad form etc.

Mohammad Shazada should not be getting picked for Bangladesh in any format.

            New Zealand:

Neil Broom is underrated. Regular for New Zealand in ODIs and T20s.

            Zimbabwe:

Timycen Maruma way overrated as a bowler, and overrated as a batsmen too. Hasn't been in the team irl for more than a year, and additionally has been bowling far less (not bowled even in his last 8 games). Shouldn't be getting picked in game.

Sean Williams a bit underrated as a batsmen, and with the ball too. Should be bowling quite often as opposed to almost not at all as currently happens in game.

Malcolm Waller should be picked in ODIs more often. Currently never gets picked in game whereas irl he's been playing for Zim recently and played a crucial role against the recent win against Sri Lanka.

Solomon Mire must be changed to an all-rounder, and should be a regular at least in ODIs. Currently severly underrated in game and never gets picked. Scored a century irl in the win against Sri Lanka.

            England:

Joe Leach isn't really close to England selection, so shouldn't be getting picked for England by the AI ahead of so many other players higher up in the pecking order.

            Sri Lanka:

Nuwan Pradeep has to be a more regular feature for Sri Lanka in game. Doesn't play at all in game, whereas irl he plays often in Tests and ODIs. Have him at least be backup to players out of form.

            Australia:

Travis Head is very underrated in game. Doesn't get picked at all in game, whereas irl he averages 40 for Australia and is a regular for them in ODIs, also playing T20s frequently for them.

India: Murali Vijay should be a regular for India in Tests. Currently doesn't get picked I don't think. Gambhir should probably be behind Murali selection wise.

            South Africa:

Theunis de Bruyn is underrated as a batsman. He is in the current test match against England and scored 48 today. In game he is performing averagely in FC cricket and doesn't ever get picked for SA.

Dwaine Pretorious doesn't seem to be overrated bowling wise as someone else suggested imo.

Imran Tahir should be a regular for SA in ODIs and T20s. Also shouldn't be retiring so early in the game. Probably has 3 more years irl in him.

To be honest, I wish we had a way to generically increase or reduce a players ability without having access to their inherent skill. That way, instead of you guys always having to constantly improve player skill accuracy, we could do this ourselves. For example, we'd just have an option of clicking "improve this player's bowling/batting". This would then improve the player by a certain amount. If that improvement is not enough for our liking, we'd improve them again. Of course, if we did change a players ability, achievements might have to be disabled and we'd not be allowed to play online, etc. Not relevant to this thread, but putting it out there anyway.

Edit: Noticed I mentioned some stuff already mentioned by others, but will leave in anyways to confirm that there may need to be a change for those specific players

A few that i feel batting needs to be improved for:
              Sam Billings
              Usman Khawaja
              Moises Henriques
Also Haseeb Hameed shouldn't be getting selected for t20's.
Any idea when the update will be getting released? im waiting to start my England career.

Just downloaded the new update. Thanks guys.

                Last things:

Sam Cook - young bowler at Essex missing.
Sean Ervine to be an all rounder.
Yasir Shah still missing for Kent.
Ryan Higgins to be an all rounder for Middlesex bowling RFM.
                James Skyes released at Leics.
Liam Trevaskis - young batter at Durham missing.

Ross Whiteley to be very agg.

Boyd Rankin missing from Ireland database.

Debatable if Shreck and Westwood should be retired.

Then if we can improve the player abilities of those mentioned I will be ready to start my career mode.

Does anyone else think Kohli is too good at bowling ? Never bowls in real life but always bowls on the game ?

Jeetan Patel has retired from all International cricket. He will still play for Wellington and Warwickshire. Ronchi has also retired from all international cricket but will still play for Wellington and travel in the T20 circuit (if anyone will actually contract him).

Virat Kohli had a significant bump this year. That group of the world's best batsmen (Smith, Kohli, AB, Williamson and Root) are much closer together now ability wise.

I wasn't able to add Sam Cook for the last one, as it's a little more involved than the other changes I managed to do yesterday.

Not convinced he bowls enough to be an all-rounder.

Yasir Shah still missing for Kent.

The only role we have left spare would be 20 over specialist, I prefer to leave it open.

Ryan Higgins to be an all rounder for Middlesex bowling RFM.

Down as Off-spin on Middlesex and other sites.

                      James Skyes released at Leics.

Available or at Derbyshire? He's played a couple of 2nd XI games.

Liam Trevaskis - young batter at Durham missing.

Has he got a pro contract or played for them yet?

Ross Whiteley to be very agg.

                      Changed.

Boyd Rankin missing from Ireland database.

                      Fixed.

Debatable if Shreck and Westwood should be retired.

Indeed, we think leave them in as both have played this season.

His bowling ability is very meh, probably unlucky there.
Will start going through everything soon. Pretty much 90hr week from Sun to Fri, so pretty knackered. Player abilities always more time consuming to change.

Made a note on the last page (post #13) of where I updated to.

Rashid Khan's improvement in testing was in there, but I've given him another improvement in bowling ability.

Playing on the new update. Have found the below issues -

KL Rahul batting rating must be changed to aggressive,
S Binny's all round abilities need to be decreased,
P Kumar should not be selected in the Intl game anymore but he is in the starting squad when the team for the first series is to be selected,
J Sharma's selection in the initial squad for the first series by the AI is shocking to say the least, all round abilities must be decreased,
M Starc's bowling ability should be increased,
T Head's bowling ability should be slightly increased as he consistently bowls part time spin in Intl matches,
E Morgan's batting ability should be vastly increased,
M Guptill's batting ability needs to be increased,
Shadab Khan's bowling ability needs to be increased so as to reflect his consistent selection in limited overs squad,
C Morris's batting ability should be increased,
A Gunuratne's bowling ability needs to be increased as he consistently bowls for S Lanka in ODI's,
S Williams's bowling ability must be increased as he consistently bowls for Zim in limited overs,
S Raza's batting and bowling abilities must both be increased as in the game he does not get selected by AI and also his FC averages are .pretty low in batting and bowling,
S Mire's case is the same as S Raza. Does not get selected by AI and does not bowl in FC and OD matches,

Steam version 17.02 database was down to here.

Link for Ryan Higgins - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/40335904 . Definitely a medium pacer.

                          Changed.

                          James Skyes should be available.

Regarding Kent's overseas, it is a tricky one but I personally reckon it should be Parnell main overseas, Yasir Shah reserve, Milne and Neesham T20.

Really good job on the game from what I have played so far.

Some observations about the Durham squad:

Paul Coughlin should be a RMF and Josh Coughlin should be a RFM bowler. Josh Coughlin should also be an allrounder like his brother.

                            Changed.

Keaton Jennings should be a RM bowler rather than RFM.

Liam Trevaskis (Durham & England U19s player) should also be added as an allrounder. He is a middle order, left handed batsman and SLA spinner. A very promising player and has been included in Durham squads this season (eg. http://www.durhamccc.co.uk/news/lewi...-blast-opener/).

Jack Burnham should be an aggressive or very aggressive batsman. Cameron Steel should be a defensive batsman. Usman Arshad should be an aggressive batsman. Adam Hickey should be an aggressive batsman. Ryan Pringle should be an aggressive batsman.

Excellent work on the game and thanks for adding so many leagues especially the Pakistan Super League.
Just a issue. You know when the Pakistan Super League takes place it clashes every year with some Pakistan international matches towards the end of PSL so majority of the main Pakistani players are unavailable. Could you sort this out please. As without the Pakistani main players the league is not right and have to play unknown players. Best if you can push the Pakistan home series in March a month forward so all Pakistani players are available just like when IPL is happening all Indian players are available.

                              This is being worked on.

Also Shahid Afridi has left Peshawar and joined Karachi so if you could transfer him over to Karachi in the super t20.

                              Changed.

Chris Lynn should be Very aggressive style

He's very aggressive in our latest patch.
