We added "N" for the Next Ball button last night, not had time to update the help text yet. I think this is pretty useful.
You can also control the cameras with "Left Ctrl" to move between the different cameras and then use the arrows keys to change between/zoom the fixed cameras.
All keyboard controls can be accessed by pressing F1 when the Options menu is open. Camera Controls are accessible from the Match Interface.
Note: When Mac releases, it's "Fn + F1" to access the in-game help.
I'm opening this thread as I'd love to get feedback from you guys on other suggestions for key controls.
