It's really not hard to work out, the game is priced in British Pounds so if you are using any other currency then expect the discounts not to be correct. It is £16 off the website and £18 off steam, but both sites probably use different exchange rates for other currencies.

Steam selling it for $22.49 with 10% discount and Childishthings for $22.38 with 20% discount. What's the matter here?? Why are childishthings charging vat?

Just before I buy I want to confirm.The Steam page is selling it at $22.49 with 10% discount and Chilidishthings at EUR 15.99 with 20% discount.Converting both makes it INR 1350 (approx).What's the difference then?? And BTW,it's costing me thrice compared to ICC 2013 (INR 400 only).

Sorry to disappoint you this will be 1643.45 INR , Last year that was only 400 INR. But evergreen ICC lover will not bother this.
