For Bangladesh, a lot of the names are missing the Bengali "versions" of the names and need to be renamed (I've tagged them as appropriate; let me know if you need them moved into a different format.) Also, added some much-needed diversity when it comes to minority names, some of which are shared regardless of religion or ethnicity.

And here's the Bangladesh surnames; adding Bengali-specific ones and removing the ones that seem to be copy-pasted from Pakistan or Pakistani players (Wajahatullah Wasti of 99 World Cup fame and Iftikhar Rao Anjum, I'm looking at you) -- we don't have the Punjabi or Pashtun culture that these names possess, although we have a sizable Bihari minority who gave us Akram Khan, Tamim Iqbal, and Athar Ali Khan.

That being said, the ones with the name are less than desirable characters

The list of English names could do with a review, specifically to eliminate names like Albert (which could be modernised into Bertie), Geoffrey and Victor. I've also noticed that when regens come into the game, under 'initials' in the edit box, their surname initial never registers so Alan Jones, for example, would have just A as their initials.
