County championship career

Currently into a 7th season with Leicestershire.
after 3 seasons we were finishing 2nd division 1 but following that seemed to of completely fallen off a cliff.
now bottom div 2 bowlers and tactic changes seem to be very ineffective at this point.
batsmen still between 300/500 first innings but bowling and 2nd innings proving disastrous.

I have found with this version of the game, it's becomes harder once the regens kick in, and the real players have retired from the game.

Surrey as always in the county, and after winning a few titles in multiple formats, I have found it hard to develop top class talent from the regens.

Harry Legg hasn't shown up either, lol
