Sri Lanka v NZ (1st Test)
We were in the game until the fourth innings, where we were undone by the spin of Gunawardene and Hasaranga.
A much better effort will be required if we're to salvage something from this series.

With the pitch expected to take more turn as the game progresses, we're playing two spinners.
Max French comes in as the third pace option, and his batting against spin should also help.

Sri Lanka v NZ (2nd Test)
We managed to win the test and tie the series.
It was always going to be difficult for the home side to hold the game after we posted a big first innings total, but the pitch did remain okay for batting throughout, so our bowlers were required to put in a massive effort to dismiss the Sri Lankans twice.
