To all at Childish Things, an idea came to my mind...
There seems to be a loyal following of Cricket Captain who are eager to suggest ways to progress the beloved game. It also seems that you all work extremely hard in developing the game, maintaining the game and listening and acting on feedback recieved. However, I hope you won't mind me saying, your efforts seem always to be working against a finite resource of time and money.
My thought is for you to ask us, loyal followers, and other interested parties for funds to progress the game, over and above the revenue you generate from sales and sponsorship.
This could be in the form of a funding scale, where you lay out your desired road map of development and associated funds needed, and so people will see how much is needed for the development they most want.
I posted it here rather than directly to see if any fellow followers think this idea has legs.
