I have played the game from the start of the first release. do feel that the game is moving in the right direction all be it some gameplay improvements could be a bug plus. Appreciate all the efforts in delivering the only cricket sim game

In terms of improvements could look at

Loan transfers
Player morale confidence
Awarding county caps
Winter training and coaching overhaul
Dynamic fielding stunning catches overthrows, run outs backing up
Dynamic batting switch hits, advancing down the wicket
Revamp pitch conditions and deterioration

I think the match engine is prety good much improved and more realistic, appreciate you can't deliver all of these features but some would add to the realism of a good game.
