Switch countries?

Hi is it possible to receive job offers from other countries when you're playing as a country?

I ask every year and never really get a response - I think it would be great, for example, to start as Ireland, do well over a couple of years and get offered the England job. Or do well as Bangladesh and Pakistan come knocking. Would add a lot to the game.
